Ticket Refunds or Cancellations

TICKETsrv provides the ticketing platform on behalf of the event organisers, we do not sell tickets directly. Payments are made directly to the event organiser (as shown on your bank statement). Therefore, TICKETsrv is not authorised to process refunds, cancellations, or changes to your booking.

Got Refund Protection?

If you purchased Ticket Refund Protection and are unable to attend your event due to circumstances covered by the terms and conditions, you can submit a refund application directly with our Refund Protection provider Simple Refunds here.

You will need your Refund Protection Reference Number, which can be found in your original booking confirmation email.

Refund applications are assessed and managed independently by Simple Refunds, in accordance with the Refund Protection terms and conditions. TICKETsrv and the Event Organiser do not approve or process any Refund Protection applications and will not issue refunds in the event of any unsuccessful applications.
